Returns & Refund Policies 

• All our products go through a thorough quality check. However, in an off-chance that you have received a defected product, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Email us at magicoffinding@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
• The products should be returned to Rabbit Out Of The Hat in the original condition received within 7 days of confirmation of email. Please note: We do not have pick up facility for returns.
• There will be no returns or exchanges on any other orders except mentioned above. Made to Order pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
• Products purchased in the SALE section is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at magicoffinding@gmail.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible, during business hours. 
• The address to return your order will be confirmed to you on email after the return has been confirmed by Rabbit Out Of The Hat
