SHIPPING & RETURN

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

·         We at Rabbit Out Of The Hat are committed to ensure your order reaches you with good quality packaging and as quickly as possible.

·         All orders are sent via Speed post within India to ensure your receive your product in good condition and safe.

 

ORDERS WITHIN INDIA

·         All orders are shipped between Monday to Friday only. No shipping is done on Saturdays and Sundays and Indian Public holidays.

·         Shipping /Delivery charges are mentioned separately for each product. 

·         Our List prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

·         Orders are dispatched within 4 working days of order placement or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered by Speed Post within 7 to 8 working days. 

·         Delivery of all orders will be done only to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ( OUTSIDE INDIA)

 

·         We ship worldwide.

·         All orders are shipped between Monday to Friday only. No shipping is done on Saturdays and Sundays and Indian Public holidays.

·         Shipping /Delivery charges are mentioned separately for each product. 

·         Our List prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

·         Orders are dispatched within 4 working days of order placement or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

·         Most orders are delivered by Standard post within 10 to 15 working days.

·         We use only Standard Postal shipping for all international orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

·         We want you to be completely delighted and happy with your ordered product and use good quality packing always.

·         If you have received your order in a bad/damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered/damaged with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it immediately to the delivery person. 

·         Please email us on magicoffinding@gmail.com with Subject line only as “Return along with your Order ID. Example “Return : Order #.....”

·         Please also attach a clear image of the damage for us to be aware and take precautions in future.

·         We will ensure a replacement is sent to you at no additional charge.

·         Please ensure the Original Product Tag and packing is intact when you send us the product in cases of returns.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

·         All “Sales" and "Nosepins" are non-eligible for refund/return and will not be accepted back once sold.

·         Shipping and handling charges in case of Returns are non-refundable, and you (customer) are responsible for Return shipping costs.  

·         If post receipt of your returned product and found eligible for a refund, the same will be credited back to your original method
